1) We take full responsibility for the implementation of the design project. In addition to a comprehensive range of services for author's supervision, we provide complete completion of the facility
2) We select all components of the design project, select and consult contractors, compile and verify specifications and invoices. We conclude contracts for the acquisition of finishing materials and equipment
3) We organize measurements, prepare all samples and colors, organize their delivery to the facility, make selection, make drawings and sketches of products to order
4) We conduct complaint work (refund in case of defects, non-compliance with the design project), coordinate all suppliers, organize all deliveries, control the compliance of installations
5) We monitor the schedule of all purchases and estimates, advise on the approval of redesign.
6) When materials and equipment are removed from production, we search for analogues and replacements.

Author's supervision includes the following services:
The author's supervision does not include:
• Liability for improper fulfillment of obligations by third parties
• Examination of the quality of the work performed
• Fixing of hidden works
• Verification of the functioning and quality of engineering systems
• Approval of redevelopment and engineering projects
• Services for depositing funds on behalf of the customer to third parties
• Acceptance of materials, furniture, etc
Payment is made one month in advance in full prepayment and is made throughout the entire period of repair work, until its full completion.
It is possible to use a one-off (additional) visit, if there is a need to consult a designer at the facility. But it should be understood that one-off visits of the designer to the facility cannot be considered as support of the project, as in the case of conclusion of the contract of author's supervision.
Author's supervision includes the following services:
- Facility visits (up to 4 visits per month, lasting no more than 2 hours)
- Monitoring the correct implementation of the design project
- Construction of structures (partitions and openings)
- Layout of electrical wiring (outlets, switches, electrical outlets)
- Layout of plumbing installations, ceiling levels
- Placement ceiling cornices and other ceiling elements
- Selection of paints for wall and ceiling painting
- Placement of wall panels and other wall finishing materials
- Installation of floor coverings
- Placement of doors and openings
- Installation of lighting fixtures
- Arrangement of furniture and sanitary fixtures
- Hanging curtains and placing textiles

- Telephone and other negotiations

FLOOR PLAN
Two floors – two moods. We focused on creating a unified space, each with its own atmosphere. The ground floor is the foundation – here is the owners' dream – a large fireplace, a spacious living room, a dining room with large panoramic windows and access to two terraces, and a large beautiful kitchen with an island. It's designed not only for cooking but also for breakfast. We have developed a two-step island section. There is also a master bedroom, a master bathroom with its own walk-in closet on the ground floor.
The first floor is a relaxation zone,with bedrooms featuring their own bathrooms and stunning ambient lighting in the hallway. Each bedroom is designed in its own unique color scheme and with an individual mood.
DESIGN
The basis of the finish is decorative plaster and painting in calm beige-gray tones, while decor and furniture add elegance and nobility. Natural stone framing the fireplace and shelves in the bookcases play and create an atmosphere.

FLOOR PLAN
The task of this project is very interesting. We were approached by a vibrant couple with the goal of creating an equally dynamic and bold interior. assistance was needed in space planning to make it larger and more functional. Our clients were willing to deviate from conventional standards. We managed to create a separate wardrobe for all family members. Additionally, one room serves as a transformer, initially functioning as a living room and later transforming into a shared bedroom for two children. We are converting the balcony into a mini-office. A small laundry room has been added to the bathroom, along with several impressive floor-to-ceiling cabinets that can accommodate both formal and everyday clothing.
DESIGN
A concise interior combines perhaps the most modern trends: calm yet vibrant tones, decorative accents. A harmonious mix of natural finishes and designer furniture.
